License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Provider grants User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the proxy services provided by WhiteProxies for lawful purposes only.

2. Payment, Credits, and Refunds

User agrees to pay for WhiteProxies services using a supported cryptocurrency. Payments made will be converted into credits, which can be used to purchase proxy services. All purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not have an expiration date and can be used at any time, subject to availability.

3. Restrictions and Prohibited Uses

User agrees to use the proxy services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement. User shall not:

• a) Share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the proxy services to any third party.
• b) Engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to, hacking, spamming, phishing, or distributing malicious software.
• c) Use the proxy services for any purpose that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
• d) Attempt to disrupt, degrade, or interfere with the proper functioning of the proxy services or any related systems.

User acknowledges that any wrongful use of the services may result in the termination of User's account without notice or refund.

4. Termination and Suspension

Provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend User's access to the proxy services without prior notice if User breaches any terms of this Agreement, engages in wrongful use of the services, or if required by law. In such cases, no refunds or credits will be provided.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the proxy services and any related materials, including but not limited to trademarks, service marks, copyrights, and patents, are owned by Provider or its licensors. User shall not acquire any rights, title, or interest in or to any intellectual property rights associated with the proxy services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

WhiteProxies provides the proxy services "as is" and disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Provider does not guarantee the performance, availability, or compatibility of its proxies with specific websites or applications.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Provider be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or other damages arising from User's use or inability to use the proxy services. Provider's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by User for the services.

8. Indemnification

User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Provider, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with User's access to or use of the proxy services or breach of this Agreement.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WhiteProxies is based. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.

10. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Provider's failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

By using WhiteProxies services, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.
